Who provides the Home Trust Loan?
 
The Home Trust Loan is provided by Parity Trust, and supported by participating local authorities.
 
Parity Trust is a socially responsible, not for profit organisation which began by providing loans for those on a low income in the year 2000. Since then it has lent over £3m and all money paid back is recycled out as new lending.   
 
 
 
 
 
 
We provide a non-advisory service and only offer our own products. We are not an agent or broker and do not offer products from other lenders in the market. 
 

How is Parity Trust regulated?

Your Local Authority
 
Parity Trust works in partnership with many local authorities across the South of England. Through them, we are able to work together to provide a high level of support to you. Your local authority will carry out an initial assessment of the works required and also complete a final inspection to ensure the works have been completed to a satisfactory standard.
